1. How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes 10 days to finish your order and 3 to 5 days for shipping so you should receive your order in about 2 weeks (Please let us know if it is a rush order. We will try our best to meet your request).

Orders will be sent by either DHL or FedEx right to your doorstep.

We ship anywhere in the world for free.

4. How will my order be packed for shipping
Order will be sent in a tube if it’s a roll up canvas without framing or stretching. Otherwise, it will be sent in a carton box with cushion and foam inside for protection.

1. What type of payment do you accept?
You can either pay for your order on-line through Paypal or you can chose off-line payment and paying us by sending money into our bank account in Hong Kong.

2. Do you accept USD only?
No, you can either pay us in USD or HKD. If you are paying your order by PayPal, it would be in USD (if you are a customer in Hong Kong and want to pay us by PayPal, you will see the equivalent amount in HKD before proceeding with the order).

If you chose off-line payment, you can deposit payment into our company bank account in either USD or HKD and if you chose to pay in HKD, please calculate the equivalent amount in HKD using exchange rate at USD1: HKD7.8.

3. How do I pay for the balance of the payment
You can pay the balance payment either by deposit money into our bank account or by Paypal.

1. What format of file do you accept?
We accept the popular formats such as jpg, gif, bmp, tiff, etc.

2. Is there a minimum or maximum file size requirement for the photo?
There is no minimum size requirement for the photo as long as we can see the detail clearly. The clearer the picture, the better we can paint it. On the other hand, if the size of your digital picture is too large, there might be a chance that you can’t upload it on our web site. In this case, please send it to us by e-mail or send it to us by post.

3. How many photos do I need to send for my painting or wood carving?
You may send us only the photo that you want it to be painted, but if you have other photos of the same subject, you may send them to us as supporting photos. It will definitely help our artists to do a better job depicting the subject, but it is not necessary.

4. Can I combine two or more photos into one portrait?
Absolutely, you may combine objects from different photos into one painting.

2. Are your painting and wood carving 100% hand-made?
Yes, they are 100% hand-made.

3. What if I want my specific size of painting?
We can make the painting in any size as you wish. Please e-mail us at info@picture2portrait.com for the specific size that you want. We will let you know the price and if you are satisfy with the price, then you may pay us the 30% down payment and we will proceed with you order as required.
