A digital mock-up of your order to show you how your order will look like either on canvas or on wood carving (within 3-5 days after your order is placed)
Photos of the final product for your approval (within one week after confirmation of the digital mock-up. Please let us know if it is a rush order. We will speed up the process)
You may advise us for any changes during this process until you are completely satisfied with your order.
3. Final procedure and shipping
Upon your final approval on the photos of your order, you will pay the remaining balance through PayPal
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped and you will be notified of its tracking number (same day after the receipt of your payment)
In any case, if you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will return your money 100% with no question asked. Please see our return policy for details.
