1) 100% money back Guarantee
After the completion of your order, we will send you photos of it for your approval before shipping it out to you. During this time, if you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to make changes until you are completely satisfied (please note that alternation only applies to oil painting; wood carving cannot be changed once it’s completed, but we guarantee that it will look exactly as the digital mock up or 100% refund guaranteed). However, if you are still not satisfied with your order, we are glad you to refund all your money 100%.

2) Cancellation of Order
We will refund your money 100% with 5% deduction on your deposit if your order has not been started or 10% on your deposit if your order has already been started. Please note that this 5% deduction policy only covers the cost that PayPal charges us for the non-refundable transaction fee regardless if the order is cancelled and we will charge an additional 5% if our artist has already started your order since we paid our artist once the order is started.

3) 14 days trail period
You may return your order to us within 14 days after receipt of your order with 100% refund for your order minus the shipping charges and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges returning the order back to us. Please note that all return order is subject to prior approval. Any unauthorized return item will not be rejected to receive.
